Texas Commercial Diving’s certified divers are trained to carry out repairs previously only possible by taking the ship out of water. Now these seal replacements can be performed at anchor or during cargo handling with limited impact to the ship’s schedule, including complete seal replacements, bonding new seal and removal / replacement of spacer rings.

For the external seals, like the seals commonly found on commercial ships, Texas Commercial Diving can  deploy inflatable habitats that fit around the stern shaft creating a dry environment for the seal replacement and repair.
